Oakland

Measure E: Protect housing and essential services.

Yes on Measure E stabilizes Oakland’s budget, helping the city fund homelessness and housing services, programs that protect tenants and keep families in homes, and public safety priorities without costing seniors or low-income households more.

Contra Costa County

Measure B: Deliver real funding for healthcare and housing now.

Yes on Measure B generates $150 million annually to respond to federal cuts and build on its existing funding for the County’s Local Housing Trust Fund, which helps our local communities create and preserve affordable housing, expand transitional housing, and provide downpayment assistance so more families can stay and thrive in Contra Costa County.

San Francisco

Measure A: Prepare SF for disaster response.

Yes on A strengthens San Francisco’s emergency firefighting water system and ensures emergency response facilities are earthquake-ready so first responders can protect every neighborhood when disaster strikes. Every home lost to disaster makes the housing crisis worse. YES on A helps protect our housing and keep our communities safe.

Marin and Sonoma Counties

SMART Initiative: Support stronger transit and housing.

The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) system provides reliable transit, reduces congestion, and connects North Bay communities. But annual funding that keeps SMART running is set to expire. The SMART Initiative renews public funding to sustain and expand SMART, improve access to jobs, and make it easier to build new transit-accessible, affordable homes in the North Bay.
